Please read these terms and conditions carefully. These are the terms that will govern any contract between you and us for the sale of the products displayed on this web site. We may amend these terms from time to time by placing appropriate notification on this page. Please note that it is your responsibility to check that your order is accurate and that it is your responsibility to supply all relevant information accurately which is necessary to complete the order as requested. PAYMENT All orders must be paid for in full prior to despatch by Staggering Duck Online store. We accept payment by Credit card Visa, Master Card. We accept payment by Debit/Credit card via Paypal to email: stagger@staggering-duck.com. (Please note: GBP only, Payments can be made in other currencies but they will be converted at the daily exchange rate by Paypal. All major Debit cards (UK only). Personal cheque and Postal Order. GBP/Sterling only. International Money orders GBP/Sterling only. Credit Cards / Debit Cards Secure Ordering System (SOS) We process you order using the HSBC Secure ePayment System. Your details are protected using the strongest commercially available level of encryption, 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layers) software. This is to prevent unauthorised re-direction of your details and give you peace of mind that your transactions are handled securely within the HSBC environment. When you make a purchase on Staggering-Duck.com and pay online using your credit or debit card you will be re-directed to the HSBC secure ePayment server. Your card details are encrypted by HSBC in order to securely process the payment and debit your account. The Staggering Duck Online store does not receive and do not have access to any of your personal card details. HSBC will provide you with a confirmation number once the payment has been authorised and inform us whether or not the card processing has been successful. You will be notified if your payment has failed. Cheques / Postal Orders / Money Orders Please make cheques, postal/money orders payable to Staggering Duck. If you choose to pay for your order with a cheque, please allow one week for the cheque to clear after we receive it before your order is processed. All cheques and international money orders should be made out in GBP/Stirling. No other currency is accepted using these methods of payments. DELIVERY POLICY All products are packaged securely. For UK / Europe , allow 7 to 14 working days for delivery from the date of Bank confirmation of payment. Outside of the UK / Europe delivery time may vary depending on destination. All UK Orders are sent by Recorded delivery only - note that a signature will be required. We cannot be held responsible or liable for late delivery due to Postal delays that may occur due to busy periods of the year, industrial action, adverse weather, etc. All shipping prices are shown at the checkout before you enter your payment details. It is the Purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the correct address and postcode are given at time of order. ALL goods will be delivered to the cardholders billing address only, if payment is by card. Should the postal service be unsuccessful in delivering the goods and they are returned to us, the Purchaser will be responsible for the extra costs incurred. Goods sent to destinations outside of the UK/EU may be subject to the current import taxes of that country and will be the purchaser's responsibility. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY Faulty Goods All goods should be examined as soon as they are received. Any damaged or defective goods must be returned within 7 working days of delivery stating the reason the goods are being rejected and returned. Please return in original packaging with the item(s) and pack securely. Replacement goods will be sent by return at no cost to the Purchaser. The store cannot accept liability for goods returned and lost in transit. If the returned goods are found not to be defective, they will be returned to the Purchaser after receipt of return carriage costs. PLEASE NOTE: THE PURCHASER MUST E-MAIL THE STORE BEFORE RETURNING GOODS stagger@staggering-duck.com Exchanges Goods may be exchanged for other sizes/items/colours and must be returned in the same condition as received and postage costs incurred will be the Purchaser's responsibility. Refunds If we cannot replace a damaged or faulty item the Purchaser will be entitled to a full refund by the payment method originally used. Cancel Order You may cancel your order prior to it being dispatched (within 7 days) by telephoning or emailing us at stagger@staggering-duck.com, please include your order number when cancelling. Staggering Duck Online Store reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason at our discretion.< |
